This porcelain, bottle-shaped vase with globular body has a tall flaring footring. The tall, flaring neck, has a protruding flange below two globular bulbs at the lower portion of the neck. The body of the vase is covered in powder blue underglaze and has four reserves, two cirular and two rectangular, placed around the body. The white base has underglaze blue double circles, covered in a clear glaze. The round reserves are painted with polychrome overglaze enamels to depict a <em>qilin</em> and a lion in landscapes, alternating with images of birds among flowering branches in the rectangular reserves. The body of the vase is covered in powder blue ground with overglaze gold enamel floral sprays and banana leaf lappets around the neck. There is a paper label with "Chait Galleries New York" applied to base.  <br />

This is a tall, straight-sided, slightly tapered porcelain vase with high narrow shoulders. It has a short neck with an everted rim. Two applique sprig-molded lion heads are placed on opposing sides of the shoulders. The vase is covered in a creamy white glaze.

At the right of the print, there is a line drawing of a figure seated in a large tufted chair, holding a scepter. There is a crown floating above the figure and there are stars above that. To the lower left, there is a simple drawing of a figure and a sailboat in a landscape.There is a collaged image of a lion at the center below a green tufted chair. To the right of the chair, between it and the large seated figure, is a small landscape with a figure and a cord with a plug at the end, connected to the chair. To the left at the center, there is a monogram of the artist and date. The print is signed (l.r.) and numbered (l.l.) in pencil.

This work is a crayon drawing of a circus scene. On the left is a woman drawn in lavender. She wears a tutu and raises both arms above her head.
